TO FARADIN

On a day you learn the subtle difference
Between holding hand and chain your soul
You learn that love doesn’t mean to learn
You learn that company doesn’t mean security

You find out that kiss is not a contract
A gift is not a promise
With your head up and your eyes wide open
You learn to trust on a day
Because tomorrow is unsure for plans
After a while you learn that even sunshine
Burns if you get too much of it

So you have to plant your own garden and nourish your own soul
And don’t wait for the miracles from outside
Then after a while you know
That you can keep up and you feel strong and you really have value

And you learn and learn

By every goodbye you learn…
